We are looking for Korfball Founders!

The Hungarian Korfball Academy gives serious support to this, which means both equipment, both vocational training: the equipment (2 posts, 4 balls and the necessary handouts) is for 3 months free without any obligations, and of course the trainings are also included so you will be prepared to coach your own team.

(The detailed conditions in Hungarian: MKBA Sejt iskoláknak 2010_03)

As we are spreading out in the country independent "Korfball Cells" are being established, but only in 10 just 9 just 8 just 7 towns for the present. A Cell includes 4 schools, situating not further than 10-15 km from each other. So you can play good games against each other without tiring and expensive travel.

We are looking for coordinators, being the korfball ambassador of his/her area and persuading the other teachers that korfball is worth playing. After all, there is no charge, tiny letter or hidden trap: for 3 months EVERYTHING IS FREE, and then we ask nothing if you decide not to continue. We are only ask you to give the equipment back in safe, but no money.

Why are we doing this? Because we believe in the magic of the korfball and that 3 months are enough to take to korfball. As the coordinator of the Dunakeszi Cell, Kati wrote:

'Thank you for the preparation, everybody has enjoyed the activity.

Yesterday we introduced korfball to the kids. Everyone liked it, and kids not fancy about doing any exercises were the best. They just kept scoring goals! The students on the third class were also very skilful, I hadn't even thought it would be like this.

(...) Thank you for everything, I hope we will meet soon. Good luck in building up Cells!'

Would you try it? You have the opportunity, but apply fast, because there are only 10 now only 9 now only 8 now only 7 available places. So if you would like to cooperate with us as a korfball coordinator, don't hesitate and apply: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
